Registration payment is processed through the payment Gateway directly in the registrant area and can be made via PIX (one-time payment) or credit card in installments.

Yes. With a credit card, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments during the launch period, or in up to 12 installments with interest. After this period, you can split the payment into the number of months remaining until the event date, with a small interest fee charged by the payment Gateway platform. The number of installments will be reduced each month as the event approaches.

Caregiver or companion of a person with disability: has access to session rooms, the exhibition area, and all activities and spaces in which the attendee or guest will participate. This person is exempt from the registration fee and does not receive a certificate. Children: as this is a scientific and professional event, access is permitted only for adults. Children who are breastfeeding age may access the event accompanied by their mother, a family member, or a nanny. Breastfeeding is allowed in any area of the event, including inside the session room. Children who, for other reasons, need to be in the event venue with their registered parents or guardians must inform the event secretariat and provide the child’s details. Access is restricted to the exhibition area. The child’s companions are exempt from the registration fee.

The document will be released after participation has been properly verified and the evaluation form has been completed. Issuing the certificate is each participant’s responsibility, and it will be available online for a maximum period of 90 days after the end of the event. Certificates will not be sent by email or postal mail. The organizing committee is not responsible for certificates that are not issued within the stated timeframe.
