What are the event date and venue?

The 1st Regional Conference of the International Association of Logopedics and Phoniatrics (IALP) 2026 will take place in person from June 22 to 25, 2026.

The event will be held at Hangar Convenções & Feiras da Amazônia, located at Avenida Dr. Freitas, s/n – Marco, Belém – PA, 66613-902.

Can I complete my registration outside the event website?

Do students receive a discount? Do they need to submit any proof of enrollment?

Undergraduate and graduate student categories have different rates for members and non-members, please refer to the fee table.(https://emanager.dinamk.com.br/event/subscribe/99)

To qualify for the discounted student rates, it is mandatory to upload an updated proof of enrollment (current year/semester) in the designated field when completing the registration.

IMPORTANT: the payment area will remain blocked until the proof of enrollment has been reviewed and approved. This process may take up to 48 business hours. After approval, the payment methods will be available in your registrant area.(https://emanager.dinamk.com.br/participantes/99)

What payment methods are available?

Registration payment is processed through the payment Gateway directly in the registrant area and can be made via PIX (one-time payment) or credit card in installments.

Question 5

Can I pay for my registration in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With a credit card, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments during the launch period, or in up to 12 installments with interest.

After this period, you can split the payment into the number of months remaining until the event date, with a small interest fee charged by the payment Gateway platform. The number of installments will be reduced each month as the event approaches.

Can I purchase admission for just one day of the event?

No. Registration covers the full IALP 2026 event period, according to the category chosen, except for the mini-courses, which require separate enrollment.

Can I register only for the Mini-courses?

Accepted Answer

No. The mini-courses are exclusive to those who have completed their registration for IALP 2026.

Can I register on-site at the Congress?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if spots are still available. However, we recommend that you do not leave your registration to the last minute. By securing your spot in advance, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the best rates in each registration tier, and you’ll also be able to plan your stay more comfortably.

How do I know my registration is confirmed?

On the IALP 2026 website, click I’M ALREADY REGISTERED, enter your login details, and check whether your registration status appears as PAID. This means your registration is confirmed.

Question 10

I paid for my registration, but the status PAID does not appear in my registration area. What should I do?

Payments may take up to 48 hours to be processed. After this time, if the payment confirmation still does not appear in your registration area, send the proof of payment to the attendee support WhatsApp: (51) 9 9936-4055.

Question 11

I completed my registration during a promotional registration tier but did not make the payment. Will I be entitled to pay the price from the date I completed my registration?

No. For payment purposes, the amount charged will be the rate in effect on the payment date, not on the date the registration form was completed.

The registration will only be confirmed after the purchase order commitment document is emailed to inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br,(mailto:inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br) along with the scheduled payment date.

Certificates will be issued only after proof of payment of the purchase order commitment has been provided.

Is it possible to request the cancellation of my registration?

1. Cancellation/Transfer and Registration Refund Policies:
In case of withdrawal, the registrant must formally submit the request by email to inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br,(mailto:inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br) observing the following criteria:
Consumer Protection Law 8.078/09 guarantees the legal period of 7 days after purchase for a full refund.

Refund terms and conditions after the period guaranteed by law:

• Until 03/22/2026 – 80% of the amount paid will be refunded
 • From 04/23/2026 to 05/21/2026 – 70% of the amount paid will be refunded
 • As of 05/22/2026 – NO refund will be issued, regardless of the reason, including for registrations made after this date
   
*Percentages apply to the Conference and Workshops.
*Bank transaction fees will be deducted on any date.

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THE REQUEST DATE.

1.2 Non-refundable: paid registration fees cannot be replaced with a complimentary registration, sponsor discounts, or any other type of free admission or discount granted after payment has been completed, except for speakers.

1.3 Non-refundable: registration fees will not be refunded if the registrant is unable to attend the event due to errors in completing their registration information.

1.4 If the event date needs to be changed due to force majeure, we will follow the refund and cancellation policies issued by official authorities. If none are issued, the percentages agreed above will apply.

1.5 Situations not listed in this document will be reviewed by the organizing committee, which has full authority to decide which items and amounts are refundable.

Registration transfer:Transfers between attendees in the same category will be allowed until June 1, 2026. Requests must be formalized by email: inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br.(mailto:inscricoes@tribecaeventos.com.br)

Companion access: 
Companions have access to the exhibition area, the opening ceremony, and the closing ceremony. As this is a scientific, specialized event, access to session rooms is exclusive to duly registered professionals and students in the field. Therefore, the companion category does not grant access to session rooms and does not include a certificate.

Caregiver or companion of a person with disability: has access to session rooms, the exhibition area, and all activities and spaces in which the attendee or guest will participate. This person is exempt from the registration fee and does not receive a certificate.

Children: as this is a scientific and professional event, access is permitted only for adults.

Children who are breastfeeding age may access the event accompanied by their mother, a family member, or a nanny. Breastfeeding is allowed in any area of the event, including inside the session room.
Children who, for other reasons, need to be in the event venue with their registered parents or guardians must inform the event secretariat and provide the child’s details. Access is restricted to the exhibition area. The child’s companions are exempt from the registration fee.

How do I submit my scientific paper?

Question 15

Does the event provide a certificate of participation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Certificates will be available in the registrant area (https://emanager.dinamk.com.br/participantes/99)within up to 30 days after the event.

The document will be released after participation has been properly verified and the evaluation form has been completed.

Issuing the certificate is each participant’s responsibility, and it will be available online for a maximum period of 90 days after the end of the event.

Certificates will not be sent by email or postal mail.

The organizing committee is not responsible for certificates that are not issued within the stated timeframe.

VIP Room – Media Desk: how do they work?

Accepted Answer

The Speaker must go to the Media Desk to deliver the final PPT presentation saved on a USB flash drive at least 1 hour before the session. If your presentation includes a video, make sure it is in MP4 format, with the link inserted within the PPT file.

All speakers are also requested to bring the audio and video files from their presentation as separate files, saved on a USB flash drive, so that, if necessary, the files can be reinserted into the presentation directly at the Media Desk, to avoid possible issues when playing audiovisual material embedded in the presentation.

The presenter may use their own equipment; however, they must check in at the Media Desk to sign a liability waiver.

Will there be a cloakroom/left-luggage service?

Yes. The event will provide a cloakroom/left-luggage service for those who wish to store their belongings and move around the event more comfortably.
